easy penne pasta recipes

preparation:

Wash the mushrooms and place in a saucepan. Add wine and butter and cook over high heat until all the liquid is gone - about 20 minutes. Set aside. Meanwhile , cook the penne in a pot containing a few gallons of boiling salted water for about 10 minutes.
