Top Shrimp Pasta Recipes
In a traditional Italian menu , pasta is never the main meal dish. A pasta dish served as primi piatti ( first year) and will be followed by a secondi piatti of ( second course ) , which can be meat or fish accompanied by a dish like vegetables . Sometimes when a go at a good Italian restaurant, try to eat the traditional Italian way . So ask for pasta entry, then a bit of meat or fish. The problem is that after eating my pasta , I'm already full and can not eat fish or meat . For me, the pasta dishes are a great meal , especially if it is prepared with a little meat , chicken or seafood Sea. Shrimp Linguine Alfredo
ingredients:
40 small shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 (12 ounce) package linguine
1/4 cup melted butter
4 tablespoons diced onion
Minced garlic 4 tablespoons
1 cup half and half
Black pepper 2 teaspoons
6 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
4 sprigs of fresh parsley
4 lemon slices for garnish
instructions :
Cook pasta in a large saucepan of boiling water until al dente . Drain. Meanwhile , melt the butter in a large saucepan. Sauté onion and garlic over medium heat until tender. Add shrimp and sauté over high heat for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Stir in half and half . Cook, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens. Place pasta in a serving dish and pour sauce over shrimp . Sprinkle with black pepper and parmesan . Garnish with parsley and lemon slices.
Shrimp Stir - Fried Noodles
ingredients:
1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
12 oz noodles
2 green onions, cut into 2 cm pieces
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
3 tablespoons oil soup
3 tablespoons soy sauce
4 tablespoons rice wine
8 oz frozen green peas
Chopped 1 red chilli
Salt and cayenne pepper to taste
instructions :
Cook noodles according to package instructions . Drain, rinse with cold water , add a few drops of oil and stir to prevent sticking. Set aside. Heat oil in a wok. Add shrimp , green onions and garlic and cook, stirring, until shrimp turn red . Add peas and stir for 1 minute. Add rice wine and soy sauce . Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook for 2 minutes stirring constantly. Add noodles , stir well and cook for 2 minutes. Sprinkle noodles with chopped red pepper . Serve immediately .
Spaghetti with shrimp and arugula basil
ingredients:
9 oz Spaghetti
Medium shrimp, peeled and deveined 7 oz
11 oz cherry tomatoes , make a cut but not deep enough to separate into two halves
5 large garlic cloves , sliced
4 tablespoons olive oil
5 oz arugula
1 ounce fresh basil leaves
salt and pepper to taste
instructions :
Cook pasta in a large pot of lightly salted boiling water until al dente . Meanwhile, the olive oil to heat in a large nonstick skillet, combine garlic for 2 minutes, add the shrimp , salt and cook for 3-5 minutes or until they turn red. Remove with a slotted spoon and set aside. Add garlic to skillet. In the same pan add the cherry tomatoes and cook, stirring often until they get soft and form a little salsa (tomatoes, but should not melt completely ) . Add shrimp and stir 1 minute. Reduce heat, add the arugula and basil , mix quickly. Remove from heat . Drain the pasta and toss with the sauce. Season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately .
